Cooking Instructions:
***Do not thaw lumpias before cooking
***Do not bake or air fry vegetarian lumpias
Frying:
Preferred oil: canola
1. Preheat oil to 350º F
2. Fry in oil for 5-7 minutes, making sure you turn the lumpias until golden brown on all sides
3. Internal temperature should be at 165º F
4. If additional cooking is needed, continue frying for another minute.
Air Frying:
**DO NOT AIR FRY VEGETARIAN LUMPIAS
1. Preheat to 400
2. Spray lumpias before placing in the air fryer.
3. Air fry for 8-12 minutes. Half way through cooking, turn the lumpias for even color.
4. Internal temperature should be at 165°
5. If additional cooking is needed, continue to air fry for another 1-2 minutes.
Baking:
***DO NOT bake vegetarian lumpias
1. Preheat oven to 350º F
2. Place lumpias in a sheet pan, about 1/4 inch apart
3. Optional: Coat lumpias with cooking spray to brown
4. Once pre-heated, place in the oven for 20-30 minutes
5. Internal temperature should be at 165º F
6. If additional cooking is needed, place in the oven for 5 minutes

How Do I Reheat a Cebu Lechon?
In a sheet pan: place Cebu Lechon roll
1. Preheat oven to 325º F
2. Place pan in the oven.
3. Once pre-heated, place in the oven for 25-35 minutes
4. Check lechon after 30 minutes and see if the internal temperature is 165º. If not, keep baking until it is 165º.
5. Once internal temperature is 165º, turn oven up to 375-400º to crisp the lechon skin if it isn’t already.
6. Once desired crispiness is achieved, take the pan out and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
7. Cut the string before eating. Pro tip- cut the lechon skin with scissors along the dent from the string to help cut the lechon with a knife.
8. Enjoy with the dipping sauce.
